摘要
在以网络科技和知识管理为特征的新经济下,企业的管理理念、管理方式、组织结构、业务流程和信息流等都要随之发生深刻的变化。价值链管理正是实现这一变革的方向,本文通过分析中国企业价值链管理的误区,探讨了价值链管理的几个关键因素。
In new economy characterized by network technology and knowledge management, enterprise’s management concepts, management methods, organizational structure, business flow and information flow will greatly change respectively. It is value links management that will realize this change. This article analyzes misunderstanding and confusion in China’s enterprise value links management with discussions about several key factors in value links management.
