隆40—1井具有井斜角和水平位移大,造斜、稳斜、纠斜工序多,起下钻和剥斜次数多,扭矩和摩阻大等特点。为适应安全钻井的需要,选择了以柴油、氧化沥青及活性剂为主要原料而配制的乳状液——FRH作为主润滑,以磺化沥青和塑料小球为辅助润滑剂。在三个不同井径的大斜度井段里,由于泥饼摩擦系数低达0.043—0.119,润滑系数0.07~0.20,极压膜强度136.17~258.81MPa,扭矩与摩阻成倍降低,从而克服了钻进中的严重阻卡问题,全井未发生一次压差卡钻事故。在小井眼(Ф152.4mm)、大斜度(80°~90°)井段的机械钻速,比同一地区直井的钻速还快。
According to safety requirements,FRH,which was made up from diesel,oxidized gilsonite and surfactant, was chosen as main lubricant for Long 40-1 well mud with sulfonated gilsonite and plastic bead as assistant ones, because the operations such as kick off, angle build,roundtrip and survey during drilling were frequent and at the same time the drilling torque and friction were high. In three high angle sections, whose wellbore radii were different, the friction coefficient of mud cake decreased to 0. 043 to 0. 119, the friction coefficient of mud decreased to 0. 07 to 0. 20,the extreme pressure film strength was 136. 17 to 258. 81 MPa and torque and friction decreased several times, so the drilling was done smoothly and never happened differential pressure sticking. Even in the highest angle(80 to 90°) and smallest radius wellbore the rate of penetration reached a level higher than that of straight wells in the same area.
