泡沫流体井口参数的设计与控制

摘要 泡沫流体作为一种可压缩的非牛顿流体,其流变特性远比普通钻井液复杂得多,因而井口参数的设计和控制也十分复杂。本文详细介绍了泡沫流体的流动特性覆其井口参数的设计;应用微机进行了井口参数的计算。回压和注入液量一定时,增大注入气量,可提高井口压力和泡沫质量,井缩短循环周期;回压和注入气量一定时,增大注入液量,可提高井底压力,降低泡沫质量,缩短循环周期。 Foam fluid is a compressible non-Newtonian fluid. Owing to its complex rheological properties, the hole top parameters design and control when using it are quite complex. Its rheological propreties and hole top paramaters design are described in detail. Microcomputer has been used in the parameters calculation. If the back pressure and injected liquid volume are fixed, increasing the injected gas volume can increase the hole top pressure, improve the foam quality and decrease the circulation period. Increasing the injected liquid volume can increase the bottom pressure,deteriorate the foam quality and decrease the circulation period, provided the back pressure and injected gas volume are fixed.
