本文介绍了东风4型内燃机车柴油机气缸套采用激光热处理的可行性试验分析、试验方法、试验结果,并进一步分析了激光热处理工艺参数的选择。简述了生产应用、经济效益以及在机车车辆制造业中扩大应用的情况。
Abstract This paper discusses on the feasibility of laser technique applied to the surface freatment of diesel engine cylinder liners of the type Dongfeng ?4 locomotive, describes the experimental methods and results, and makes a suggestion on selecting the technological parameters. Its economic benefit and the field of applications in locomotive and car manufacture are briefly discussed.
