摘要
随着测绘地理信息科技的进步和外部压力的不断增强,传统测绘内外业分离的生产模式已经无法满足重大测绘工程项目,特别是国务院第一次全国地理国情普查工作的需要。为了摸清和固定地理国情普查生产组织模式,通过调查研究和实地考察,本文提出了一种一体化的生产组织模式。文章主要通过内外业一体化数据生产组织模式的介绍,具体说明地理国情普查技术设计、数据生产、建库与统计分析、质量检查等工作流程的一体化实现,同时介绍内外业一体化生产模式下的任务分配方式。另外,本文提出一些生产过程中切实可行的一体化质量控制方法和措施,在实现一体化生产组织的同时确保数据质量。
With the progress of surveying,mapping and Geoinformation technology and growing external pressure from inside and outside,the traditional production mode by which field and indoor work was separated has been unable to meet the demand of those major surveying and mapping engineering projects,especially the need of the first national geographic conditions survey work of the state council.In order to find out and fix the national geographic conditions survey production organization pattern,this paper proposes an integrated pattern of production organization after a period of investigation and field survey.Some integrative implementation approaches on national geographic conditions survey working procedure,such as technical design,data production,database building and statistical analysis was introduced,and the task allocation mode under this integrated production organization mode was elaborated as well.In addition,this paper put forward some feasible methods and measures of quality control during the integrated production process,which will assure the data quality on the background of integrated production organization.
