摘要
管理人才的创新能力由管理者的创新意识性潜能、创新智力化潜能和创新实践性潜能等构成。管理人才培养要将创新能力的培养放在核心地位,形成成人教育与普通教育各具特色、针对性较强的管理人才创新能力的培养目标、模式方法,遵循教学内容开放性、教学主体互动性和教学情境现实性原则,区别不同情况,采取不同的培养措施,培养和提高成人教育与普通教育管理人才的创新能力。
The innovation ability of management talents consists of managers' innovation awareness potential and intellectual potential and innovative practice potential,etc. Management talent training in our country should put the cultivation of innovative ability on the core position,form a strong pertinence and distinctive training goal,mode and method in the adult and general education,follow the principles of open teaching content,teaching subject interaction and practical teaching situation and according to the different circumstances,take different measures to cultivate and improve the innovation ability of management talent in the adult and general education.
