摘要
以含氟聚合物凝聚过程产生的含氟废水为试验对象,采取化学沉淀和混凝沉淀的处理方法,确定并验证了含氟废水的最佳处理条件。氢氧化钙调节废水pH为9~11后,添加聚合氯化铝400~600 mg/L,含氟废水的氟离子浓度大幅降低,可进入企业污水管线,氟离子浓度甚至可降低至10 mg/L及以下,达到上海市污水排放标准。
Treating wastewater containing fluoride by chemical precipitation and coagulating sedimentation was focused and the best treatment condition was determined and verified. Adjusted pH to 9 ~ 11 by calcium hydroxide and added 400 ~ 600 mg/L PAC,the fluoride-containing wastewater could enter the sewage pipeline with the concentration of fluoride decreased significantly.
