煤层钻孔孔口气-固引射除尘装置设计与实验研究 被引量:9

Design and Experimental Study of Gas-Solid Ejecting Dust Removal Apparatus Used in Coal Drilling

摘要 针对煤矿干式钻孔钻进过程中粉尘浓度大、瓦斯容易超限等问题,基于气-固引射原理,研究煤层钻孔孔口气-固引射除尘装置的基本结构和工作原理,建立结构参数计算准则.以松藻矿区井下干式钻进工艺为设计依据,设计一种煤层钻孔孔口气-固引射除尘装置.为使除尘效果最优,采用正交试验方法对影响气-固引射器吸气量的相关参数进行优化,获得最优工作压力及结构参数.在此基础上,通过现场应用验证装置的实际使用效果.结果表明:本装置能有效降低工作面回风侧粉尘和瓦斯浓度,分别降低了86.6%和67.9%,有效改善了工作环境. Aimed at heavy dust concentration and transfinite gas are big problems during the dry drilling process in underground coal mines, a study on the basic structure and working principle of gas-solid ejecting dust removal apparatus used in coal drilling was investigated based on gas-solid ejecting theory in this paper. Then a model was established to calculate the structural parameters of the dust removal apparatus, a new gas-solid ejecting dust removal apparatus used in coal drilling was designed using the model based on the construction process parameters of the dry drilling in Songzao coal mining area. In order to make the dust removal effect optimal, the operational and structural parameters affecting the air suction flow of the gas-solid ejector were optimized by orthogonal experiments. Finally, the efficiency of gas-solid ejecting dust removal apparatus was tested through field application in coal mine. The result shows that the dust removal apparatus can effectively reduce dust concentration and gas concentration by 86.6% and 67.9%, respectively, in return air side of working face, and the working environment can be largely improved. © 2015, Editorial Board of Journal of Basic Science and Engineering.
