摘要
T型钢以某一倾角放置于冷床上进行空冷,由于其横截面的非对称特性及重力的影响,在冷却过程各面冷却并不均匀,这引起的热应力使得T型钢下冷床产生严重的弯曲变形。本文给出了通过数值计算获得T型钢表面换热系数的方法,并系统的研究了T型钢在冷床上的不同放置角度对其冷却时间及断面温度场分布的影响,研究结果可为实际的冷床齿形倾角设计提供依据。
Air cooling for T-section steel is carried out under a supported angle on cooling bed. Due to asymmetric cross section and gravitational effect,thermal stress induced by the cooling non-uniformity leads to bending for T-section steel. In this paper,surface heat transfer coefficient of T-section steel is obtained by numerical method,and effects of different supported angles for T-section steel on cooling bed on cooling time and temperature distribution are systematically investigated in this paper,and results can improve the design of tooth profile for cooling bed.
