摘要
应用非线性有限元法建立三维传热有限元模型,运用该模型对薄带铸轧内水冷卷筒的扇形板及大柱塞进行了传热模拟,得到了扇形板及大柱塞的温度场。通过上述模拟,揭示了内水冷式卷筒的温度分布规律,为后续的应力分析及零部件设计和优化提供了依据。
A 3 D temperature field simulation for segment&slide rod of inner water cooling coiler mandrel in casting strip rolling had been established by using nonlinear finite element method.Through this method,we achieved regularities of temperature distribution.Towards the result it can supply an according to stress analysis and parts design and optimize.
