摘要
临床路径作为基本医疗卫生制度建设的有效抓手之一,是实现精细化、科学化现代医院管理的重要工具。变异分析是保证临床路径实施效果的重要方面。变异内涵界定和分析方法选择是临床路径研究中的关键环节。本文以"什么是变异、如何界定和识别变异?哪一种方法适合于变异分析?如何评价不同来源的变异在总变异中的权重和风险?"为思考,阐述了变异研究的意义,对变异的要素和内涵进行定义,简述了变异分析方法的现状,随后说明了FCE-AHP综合评价法分析变异的可行性,最后提出改进临床路径变异分析方法的建议。
As the effective ways to implement the basic medical care system,clinical pathway is an important tool to realize fine and scientific modern hospital management.Variation analysis is an important aspect to ensure the effect of clinical pathway.Definition of variation and selection of analytical methods are the key factor s in clinical pathway study.What is variation,how should it be defined and identified variation?Which method is suitable for variation analysis?How to evaluate the weight and risk of variation in total variation?In the paper,we should expound the significance of variation research,define the elements and connotation of variation,describe the status of variation analysis methods,then explain the feasibility of FCE-AHP comprehensive evaluation method to analyze variation,finally,put forward the way to improve the method of clinical pathway variation analysis.
