摘要
目的:分析四君子汤在中医内科疾病脾胃气虚证中的应用效果。方法:于2014年5月-2017年2月笔者所在医院收治的中医内科疾病脾胃气虚证患者中选取98例,随机分为两组,给予对照组患者常规西医治疗,观察组患者在对照组基础上给予四君子汤治疗,对比两组临床疗效。结果:观察组患者临床治疗总有效率为97.96%,相较于对照组的69.39%更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者复发率为2.04%,相较于对照组的20.41%更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);相较于治疗前,两组患者治疗后MH、RE、SF、VT、GH、BP、RP、PF等各项生活质量评分均提高,且观察组提高幅度更大,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:四君子汤在中医内科疾病脾胃气虚证中的应用效果显著,能够有效改善患者各种临床症状,降低疾病复发率,提高患者生活质量,值得推广。
Objective:To analyze the application effect of Sijunzi Decoction in the syndrome of spleen and stomach Qi deficiency in internal medicine diseases of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM).Method:From May 2014 to February 2017,98 patients with spleen-stomach Qi deficiency syndrome were randomly divided into two groups.The patients in the observation group were treated with Sijunzi Decoction on the basis of the control group,and the clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Result:The total effective rate of clinical treatment in the observation group was 97.96%,which was higher than 69.39%of the control group(P<0.05).The recurrence rate of the observation group was 2.04%,which was lower than 20.41%of the control group(P<0.05).Compared with before treatment,the quality of life scores of MH,RE,SF,VT,GH,BP,RP,PF of the observation group were improved in both groups after treatment.And the changes of the observation group were superior to those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Sijunzi Decoction has a significant effect on the syndrome of spleen and stomach Qi deficiency in internal medicine of TCM.It can effectively improve various clinical symptoms,reduce the recurrence rate of patients and improve the quality of life of patients.It is worthy of widespread promotion.
