摘要
从河北省农田采集玉米根系样品,经表面消毒后,分离得到固氮酶活性较高(2780—4880 nmol C_2H_4·g^(-1)鲜菌体·h^(-1))的4株细菌m-111、m-112、m-230、m-254。经细胞形态、培养特征、生理生化特性、DNA 中 G+C 克分子含量测定等方面研究认为,这4株菌应归属于克雷伯氏菌属土生克雷伯氏菌(Klebsiella terrigena)。将这四株菌分别培养制成液体菌剂,回接玉米,结果表现出不同程度地促进玉米生长发育,提高单位面积产量,其中m-111、m-230菌株亩增产51.9kg 和63.8kg,增产率分别为11.7%和14.4%。经生物学统计,不仅与不接菌玉米相比,而且在接不同菌株间产量的差异也达到极显著标准,是很有应用价值的菌株。
The maize root samples collected from the farmland of Hebei province were subjected tothe surface stirilization,four strains with high nitrogenase activity[2780—4880 nmol C_2H_4·g^(-1)(weight of the fresh bacteria)·h^(-1)]m-111,m-112,m-230 and m-254 were obtained by iso-lation.According to the analysis and the research on morphology,cultural character,physio-logical and biochemical character and the determination of DNA G+C mol% etc.,these fourstrains all belong to the Klebsiella terrigena.There four strains were cultured and prepared into liquid inoculums and inoculated backto maize,the results showed that they were all able to promote the maize growth and develop-ment and increase the yield.The m-111 and m-230 strains increased 51.9kg/Mu and 63.8kg/Muof the yield,increased by 11.7% and 14.4%.After biological statistics,remarkable significantdifferences of maize yield had been reached not only between the treatment and control,but alsobetween the treatments.Therefore,these strains are worthwhile of application.
