摘要
纳米氧化锌具有良好的抑菌性能,在食品、药品和涂料等多个领域广泛应用。然而有研究发现,纳米氧化锌可通过多种途径暴露并在动物生殖器官中蓄积,造成生殖器官损伤。纳米氧化锌可损伤母体引起炎症应激,抑制胎盘生长,并在子代体内蓄积,从而影响子代肝、肾、脑和生殖器官的发育。本文对纳米氧化锌生殖和发育毒作用及相关机制的研究进行综述,以期为纳米氧化锌的安全应用提供参考。
Zinc oxide nanoparticles have been widely used in many applications such as in food,drug,and painting for its great antibacterial properties.Nevertheless,researches show that zinc oxide nanoparticles can exposure through various routes and distribute to reproductive organs,causing damage to reproductive organs.Zinc oxide nanoparticles can damage dams to cause inflammatory stress,inhibit placental growth,and accumulate in offspring thus affecting the development of the liver,kidney,brain and reproductive organs of the offspring.In this paper,recent research for reproductive and development toxicity caused by zinc oxide nanoparticles was reviewed with an aim to provide a reference for the safe application of zinc oxide nanoparticles.
