摘要
目的分析研讨小切口提上睑肌缝线缩短术联合微创重睑术治疗老年性上睑下垂的临床效果及安全性。方法随机从我院2016年4月至2018年6月期间收治的老年性上睑下垂患者中抽取80例进行讨论,用随机数字法分组,其中40例接受微创重睑术治疗(对照组),另40例接受小切口提上睑肌缝线缩短术联合微创重睑术治疗(研究组),观察比较治疗效果。结果研究组总疗效95%高于对照组65%,数据差异较大(P <0.05)。研究组并发症总发生率5%低于对照组32.50%,数据差异较大(P <0.05)。研究组总满意度87.50%高于对照组57.50%,数据差异较大(P <0.05)。结论小切口提上睑肌缝线缩短术联合微创重睑术治疗老年性上睑下垂,安全高效,患者接受程度高,值得推广。
Objective To analyze and discuss the clinical efficacy and safety of small incision levator palpebrae muscle suture shortening combined with minimally invasive double palpebrae surgery in the treatment of senile blepharoptosis. Methods 80 cases of senile blepharoptosis were randomly selected from our hospital from April 2016 to June 2018 for discussion. They were divided into2 groups by random number method.40 cases treated by minimally invasive double palpebrae surgery(control group) and the other 40 cases treated by small incision levator palpebrae muscle suture shortening combined with minimally invasive double palpebrae surgery(study group) to observe and compare the therapeutic effect. Results The total curative effect in the study group was 95% which is higher than that in the control group(65%), and the difference was significant(P < 0.05). The overall incidence of complications in the study group was 5% which is lower than that in the control group(32.50%), and the difference was significant(P < 0.05).The total satisfaction of the study group was 87.50% which is higher than that in the control group(57.50%),and the difference was significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion Small incision levator palpebrae muscle suture shortening combined with minimally invasive double palpebrae surgery for the treatment of senile ptosis is safe and effective, It is highly acceptable to patients, and it is worthy of promotion.
