康复性踏车合并功能性电刺激与单纯普通康复踏车对亚急性期脑卒中患者下肢功能恢复效果对比的研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨康复性踏车合并功能性电刺激相比较单纯康复性踏车对脑卒中患者下肢运动功能的恢复有无更好的治疗效果。方法脑卒中偏瘫患者40例,根据患者病历的单双号随机分为功能电刺激组和对照组各20例。2组均进行性康复性踏车。功能电刺激组在患者进行康复性踏车时对患侧下肢肌肉给予功能性电刺激。结果 FES组在各项评估中评分中较对照组有明显的改善(P<0.05)。结论 FES合并康复性踏车相比较普通康复性踏车更能有效的提高亚急性期脑梗死患者下肢的运动功能和步行能力。 Objective:To investigate the effect of rehabilitation treadmill with functional electrical stimulation compared with treadmill rehabilitation on lower extremity motor function of stroke patients recovered without a better therapeutic effect.Methods:40patients with hemiplegia in stroke were randomly divided into functional electric stimulation group and control group with 20 cases each according to the single and double numbers of patients.2groups of rehabilitation treadmill.Functional electrical stimulation group and rehabilitation treadmill in patients of lower limb muscle for functional electrical stimulation.Results:in the FES group,there was a marked improvement in the scores in each evaluation compared with the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:FES combined with rehabilitation treadmill compared to ordinary rehabilitation treadmill more can effectively improve the motor function of lower limbs in patients with subacute cerebral infarction and walking ability.
