摘要
目的探究小切口非超声乳化白内障囊外摘除术治疗高龄白内障的临床效果。方法将我院收治的66例高龄白内障患者按照入院顺序单双号将其分为对照组和试验组,各33例。对照组给予超声乳化白内障吸出术,试验组给予小切口非超声乳化白内障囊外摘除术,比较两组的治疗效果。结果试验组视力改善优良率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组散光度均升高,细胞密度及六角形细胞比率均降低,且试验组细胞密度及六角形细胞比率均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论小切口非超声乳化白内障囊外摘除术治疗高龄白内障效果显著,可改善视力水平,值得临床推广。
Objective To study the effect of small incision non-phacoemulsification extraction cataract in the treatment of senile cataract. Methods Sixty-six cases of senile cataract patients admitted to our hospital were selected.According to odd and even number of the admission order, they were divided into control group and experimental group,with 33 cases in each group. The control group was treated with phacoemulsification and the experimental group was treated with small incision non-phacoemulsification extracapsular cataract extraction. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results The excellent and good rate of visual acuity improvement in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group( P <0.05). After treatment, astigmatism increased, cell density and hexagonal cell ratio decreased in the two groups, and cell density and hexagonal cell ratio in the experimental group were better than the control group(P <0.05). Conclusion Small incision non-phacoemulsification extracapsular cataract extraction is effective in the treatment of senile cataract. It can improve the visual acuity, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
