摘要
目的考察不同样本CYFRA21-1、NSE和SCC水平差异,比较单检和联检在肺癌诊断中的价值。方法采用电化学发光法测定186例肺癌患者血清中CYFRA21-1、NSE和SCC的水平,并与正常对照组(78例)和良性病变组(93例)的测定值作对照分析。结果肺癌组的血清CYFRA21-1、NSE及SCC水平显著高于正常对照组和良性病变组(P<0.01)。肺癌组血清CYFRA21-1、NSE及SCC阳性率显著高于正常对照组和良性病变组(P<0.01)。肺癌组三项联合检测的阳性率明显高于单项检测(P<0.05)。以正常对照组和良性病变组为阴性病例,CYFRA21-1、NSE及SCC联合检测的灵敏度和准确度明显高于单项检测(P<0.05)。结论肺癌诊断中联合检测较单一检测更具临床价值,其检测结果可作为肺癌诊断中的一个重要参考指标。
Objective To investigate the differences of CYFRA21-1, NSE and SCC levels of different samples, and to compare the value of single and combined detection of which in lung cancer diagnosis. Methods The levels of serum CYFRA21-1, NSE and SCC in 186 patients with lung cancer were determined by electrochemiluminescence, and which were compared with those in the normal control group(78 cases) and benign lesions group(93 cases). Results The levels of serum CYFRA21-1, NSE and SCC in the lung cancer group were significantly higher than those in the normal control group and benign lesions group(P <0.01). The positive rates of serum CYFRA21-1, NSE and SCC in the lung cancer group were significantly higher than those in the normal control group and benign lesions group(P<0.01). The positive rate of combined detection of the three markers in the lung cancer group was significantly higher than that of single detection(P<0.05). The normal control group and benign lision group were treated as negative cases, the sensitivity and accuracy of combined detection of CYFRA21-1, NSE and SCC were significantly higher than those of single detection(P <0.05).Conclusion In the diagnosis of lung cancer, combined detection has more clinical values than single detection, and its results can be used as an important reference index in the diagnosis of lung cancer.
