摘要
目的探讨PICC护理健康宣教在乳腺癌患者中的应用效果。方法选取2014年6月至2017年12月我院收治的112例乳腺癌患者为研究对象,根据护理方法的不同将其分为对照组(56例,常规护理)与观察组(56例,常规护理+PICC护理健康宣教),比较两组患者的护理效果。结果护理前,两组患者的依从性、PICC认知情况、HAMA、HAMD及SF-36评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,两组患者依从性、PICC认知情况、HAMA、HAMD及SF-36评分均明显改善,且观察组优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的并发症总发生率明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论PICC护理健康宣教在乳腺癌患者中的应用效果良好,可以提高患者的依从性及对PICC的认知情况,减少并发症的发生,并缓解其焦虑、抑郁情绪,改善其生活质量,值得临床推广与应用。
Objective To explore the application effect of PICC nursing health education in breast cancer patients.Methods A total of 112 breast cancer patients admitted in our hospital from June 2014 to December 2017 were selected as the study objects, and they were divided into control group(56 cases, routine nursing) and observation group(56 cases,routine nursing +PICC nursing health education) according to the different nursing methods. The nursing effect of the two groups were compared. Results There were no significant differences in the scores of compliance, PICC cognition, HAMA,HAMD and SF-36 between the two groups before nursing(P >0.05). After nursing, the scores of compliance, PICC cognition, HAMA, HAMD and SF-36 of the two groups significantly improved, and those in the observation group were significantly better than the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion PICC nursing health education has good effect in the application of breast cancer patients.It can improve patients’ compliance and knowledge of PICC, reduce patients complications, alleviate their anxiety and depression, and improve patients’ quality of life. It is worth of clinical promotion and application.
