摘要
目的探讨团队培训模式对眼科护理安全管理的影响。方法选取2017年10月至2018年4月在我院眼科工作的40名护理人员为研究对象,2017年10月至2018年1月,护理人员未实施团队培训干预,2018年2月至2018年4月,护理人员实施团队培训干预。比较团队培训模式实施前、后护理安全能力及护理差错发生率。结果团队培训模式实施后,护理人员技术技能、人际技能、概念技能、政治素质评分及总分均高于实施前(P<0.05);护理人员的团队合作、安全氛围、管理感知、工作满意、压力感知评分及总分均高于实施前(P<0.05);护理差错总发生率低于实施前(P<0.05)。结论团队培训模式的实施能提高护理人员的护理安全技能,减少护理差错发生。
Objective To explore the effect of team training mode on safety management of ophthalmic nursing. Methods A total of 40 nursing staff worked in ophthalmic department of our hospital from October 2017 to April 2018 were selected as research objects. From October 2017 to January 2018, no team training intervention was implemented among nursing staff. From February 2018 to April 2018, nursing staff implemented team training intervention. The nursing safety ability and the incidence of nursing errors before and after the implementation of team training mode were compared. Results After implementation of the team training mode, the scores of technical skills, interpersonal skills, conceptual skills, political quality and total score of nursing staff were higher than those before implementation(P<0.05). The scores of team work, safety atmosphere, management perception, job satisfaction, stress perception and total score of nursing staff were higher than those before implementation(P <0.05). The total incidence of nursing errors was lower than that before implementation(P <0.05). Conclusion The implementation of team training mode can improve nurses’ safety skills and reduce the incidence of nursing errors.
