磷对工业大麻苗期生长生理影响研究 被引量:2

Effects of phosphorus on growth physiology of industrial hemp at seedling stage

摘要 研究以云麻7号和巴马火麻为试验材料,利用水培法研究不同供磷(PO43-)水平(0.02、0.10、0.50、8.00 mmol/L和16.00 mmol/L)对工业大麻植株生长和生理指标的影响.结果表明:在不同供磷水平下,云麻7号的最适磷浓度是0.50 mmol/L,巴马火麻的最适磷浓度为8.00 mmol/L,两个大麻品种的磷耐受程度差异较大.磷浓度过低或过高都会造成磷胁迫,导致大麻植株生长受限甚至死亡.与最适磷浓度相比,磷水平增高或降低,大麻的株高、茎粗和鲜重均明显降低.同时,磷水平过高或过低,大麻叶片的相对电导率、丙二醛含量及过氧化物酶活性升高;而根冠比和酸性磷酸酶活性则随磷浓度升高而降低.以上研究结果为探明磷对大麻植株生长的影响以及磷高效工业大麻品种的选育提供参考. The influence of different phosphorus concentrations(0.02,0.10,0.50,8.00 and 16.00 mmol/L)on the growth and physiological traits of two hemp cultivars(Yunma 7 and Bamahuoma)were studied through hydroponic culture.The results showed that the optimum phosphorus concentration of Yunma 7 was 0.50 mmol/L while Bamahuoma was 8.00 mmol/L.The phosphorus tolerance of the two cultivars showed significant difference.Phosphorus stress limited the hemp growth or even led to death in the higher or lower phosphorus concentrations.Compared to the optimum phosphorus concentration,the plant height,stem diameter,and fresh weight significantly decreased both by increasing or decreasing-phosphorus concentration.However,the relative electrical conductivity,MDA content,and the activity of POD in hemp leaves increased.In addition,the root/shoot ratio and the activity of Apase decreased with the increase of phosphorus concentration from 0.02 to 16.00 mmol/L.The results might serve as the foundation for exploring of the effect of phosphorus on industrial hemp and for the breeding of hemp cultivars with high phosphorus efficiency.
