摘要
介绍了WADiana Compact全自动血型分析仪的工作原理,详细分析了该仪器使用中出现的血液样本中存在凝块、试剂量不足、机械臂不能移动、压力和/或真空不足、凝胶卡无法识别、样本条码无法识别等故障并提出了具体的排除方法,最后指出了正确使用和定期保养对于延长仪器寿命的重要意义,为同行维修同类设备提供了参考。
The working principle of WADiana Compact automatic blood type analyzer was introduced.Some common faults were analyzed including blood coagulum,reagent underdosage,inflexibility of mechanical arm,insufficiency of pressure and/or vacuum,failures of reading gel card and sample code and etc,and some countermeasures were put forward accordingly.It’s pointed out that correct operation and periodical maintenance contributed to prolonging the service life of the instrument.References were provided for eliminating similar faults.
