摘要
针对河南油田生产过程中产生的油泥,采用热水洗涤—破乳剂—气浮三相分离处理技术回收油泥中的原油。考察了影响脱除效率的诸因素,得出的最佳处理条件为:处理温度70℃,油泥:水(质量)为1:3;搅拌分散时间10 min;气浮分离时间30 min;气浮强度600 L/(m^2·h);破乳剂加入量300 mg/L;脱油率可达95%。脱除的原油回炼油厂利用,洗脱液可循环使用,脱油后的残渣中石油类残留物质量分数小于5%。
Aimed at the oily sludge produced in Henan Oilfield,the technology of hot water washing-demulsifier-air flotation threephase separation processing was taken for recycling crude oil in the sludge.Investigated the factors that influence the removal efficiency,it is concluded that the optimum processing conditions.Under the conditions of processing temperature 70℃,the sludgewater quality ratio of 1:3,stirring time of 10 min,air flotation separation time of 30 min,air flotation rate of 600 L/(m^2 ·h) and demulsifier of 300 mg/L,the deoiling efficiency could reach to 95%and the oil mass fraction of residue was less than 5%.The separated oil could be back to oil refinery for reuse and the eluent could be recycled.
