摘要
文章结合吉林油田产能建设方案,针对中国石油天然气股份有限公司对废钻井液不落地的要求,调研分析吉林油田钻井液无害化处理技术现状及研究方向,提出废钻井液调驱调剖及堵水技术,研究了成胶时间、黏度、粒径等参数。结果表明:适应条件为40~60℃中低温高渗透油水井调剖及堵水。
Combined with productivity construction scheme of Jilin Oilfield,according to the non-falling requirements of drilling fluid of PetroChina,technical status and research directions of innocent treatment technology of wasted water-base drilling fluid in Jilin Oilfield were investigated and analyzed,and flooding control,profile control and water plugging technologies were proposed as well.Parameters like gelling time,viscosity and granule size were studied.Results showed that the optimal condition was the flooding control and water plugging at 40-60℃,medium and low temperature and high permeability oil-water well.
