摘要
本文在一个经实验验证的简化数学模型的基础上,提出了借助于一台微型计算机实现电涡流传感器最优化设计的具体方法。讨论了目标函数的建立、结构参数的选择、约束条件的简化及其计算方法。并给出了利用本文提出的方法,提高产品技术指标和根据用户特殊要求设计产品的应用实例。实践表明本文的方法具有经济简便、合理正确的特点,能满足工程设计上的实际需要。
This paper introduces an optimum design method of E. C. T. on the basis of a simplified mathematical model verified by experiments. The establishment of object function, the selection of design variables, the simplification of constraint conditions and the computational method are discussed. Examples are given with this method for raising the performance indices of E. C. T. and for designing products according to user's special requirements. Practice shows that the newly-developed method, which has been implemented on a microcomputer system, is economical and correct, and will meet the requirements of engineering.
