摘要
采用整群抽样的方法探索师范类大学生需要层次结构以及师范类大学生需要迫切性与需要满足性之间的内在联系.通过项目分析、因子分析、方差分析和相关分析得出:目前师范类大学生大一阶段在审美与责任、尊重与赏识、温饱与安全、成就与威望、健康与友谊这五个维度上的需要迫切性与满足性发展不平衡,师范类大学生的需要满足性整体性水平高于需要迫切性程度.在单个维度方面,师范类大学生的审美与责任、尊重与赏识以及健康与友谊的需求迫切性高于温饱与安全、成就与威望的迫切性;师范类大学生尊重与赏识的满足程度高于审美与责任、温饱与安全、成就与威望以及健康与友谊.师范类大学生的幸福感与需要满足性相关显著而与需要迫切性相关不显著.
Objective:To explore the structure of Normal College Students' needs hierarchy and the inherent relationship between the College Students' urgency of need and satisfaction of need.Methods:A whole group sampling method is used to extract all five classes of freshmen from a university in Shiyan,Hubei province.250 questionnaires were distributed,229 copies were collected,the number of valid questionnaires is 223,including 16 boys and 207 girls,and the total effective rate was 89.2%.Results:Through the exploratory factor analysis,the college students' urgency of need is able to be divided into five levels,namely,aesthetic and responsibility,respect and appreciation,food and clothing and safety,achievements and prestige,health and friendship.The college students' urgency of need and satisfaction of need are compared based on the principle of variance analysis.Normal College Students' happiness is not significantly related to the urgency of need but significantly related to the satisfaction of need.
