摘要 采用有限软件Deform-3D对6061铝合金三道次的热轧进行了数值模拟。每道次以有效应变为实验指标,压下率、轧件温度和轧辊温度为实验因素进行正交实验,用云图直观地反映出各个轧制结果的板型质量情况,并通过多组试验对影响板型的参数压下率、轧件温度和轧辊温度进行了分析,来揭示其对6061铝合金板带板型质量的影响规律。 In this paper,the finite software deform-3 d is used to simulate the three-pass hot rolling of 6061 aluminum alloy.The orthogonal experiment is conducted with the effective strain as the experimental index and the reduction rate,rolling temperature and roll temperature as the experimental factors.The shape quality of each rolling result is directly reflected by the cloud chart,and the influence of the parameters of the shape,the rolling temperature and the roll temperature on the shape is analyzed through several groups of tests,so as to reveal the rule of its influence on the quality of 6061 aluminum alloy plate and strip.
