摘要
目前我国扶贫工作已经进入了攻坚的关键阶段,如何在精准扶贫指向下因地制宜进行乡镇建设和规划成为热点问题。文章针对当前乡镇规划中存在的突出问题,以铁峪铺镇为例,探索了该镇建设和规划中存在的具体问题,结合该镇在发展过程中面临的困境,聚焦地方特色,合理统筹资源,有的放矢、精准设计,因地制宜进行了生态发展策略、产业发展策略、空间发展策略及绿色建造策略设计实践,助力精准扶贫和乡村振兴。
China’s current poverty alleviation work has entered a crucial stage.Based on the precise poverty alleviation,the construction of township should focus on the local characteristics,coordinate resources reasonably and conform to the development strategy proposed by the state for the poverty-stricken area.For the current outstanding problems in township planning,this paper take the Tie Yupu township as an example,combined with the difficulties in the township development to exploring the planning methods,and put forward the strategy of ecological development strategy,industrial development strategy,spatial development strategy and green construction strategy to provide guidance for the development of poor townships.
