摘要
在未来十年之内,交通运输基础设施建设仍然是我国重要的投资增长点,但经济高质量发展要求优化提升交通投资质量。为实现高质量交通基础设施投资,必须从制定规划遴选高质量交通项目、开拓高质量资金来源和落实高质量项目执行等多个方面采取得力措施、系统推进。
In the next 10 years,transport infrastructure construction will still be an important investment increase point in China.At the same time,high-quality economic development requires optimization and improvement of transportation investment quality.In order to achieve high-quality transportation infrastructure investment,we must take effective measures and systematic advancement in transport planning,developing high-quality funding sources,and implementing high-quality project implementation.
