摘要
分析了世界范围内休闲度假产业的发展趋势,在此基础上对桂林实施休闲度假发展战略进行了必要性和可行性研究,提出了加快发展桂林休闲度假产业的对策和建议,即应该根据“休闲”的特点,从旅游者的需求角度发展桂林的休闲度假旅游,大力发展城市休闲社区、努力营造游客和自然山水和谐人文氛围,鼓励当地居民的参与和保护桂林城市的传统等是桂林休闲度假发展战略的要点。
In this paper, an analysis has been made of the general trend of the world leisure-tourism, certain theories relevant to this topic have also been compared to find out their merits and defects and then our probe has been extended to the necessity and feasibility of the strategy according to what the development of leisure-tourism in Guilin would be made. On the basis of our above efforts, some proposals and tactics are advanced as to how to accelerate the development of leisure-tourism in Guilin. The writer of this paper holds the following as the key elements for implementing the strategy: The development of leisure-tourism enterprise be made under the guidance of the leisure to its true meaning; A harmony be built up between urban construction, natural scenery, and the demands from tourists, truly reflecting the value of culture and our concern for humanity; The participation of the local residents be encouraged in the protection of the local tradition.
