摘要
抑郁障碍是一种临床常见的精神疾病,治疗方式主要是药物治疗,西医抗抑郁药的临床疗效显著,但副作用相对较大。传统中药治疗抑郁障碍源远流长,具有独特的优势,越来越受到人们的关注。有研究表明,解郁丸在治疗抑郁障碍及其伴随症状方面具有一定的临床疗效,其副作用较少,依从性较高。现对其近些年来治疗抑郁障碍方面的临床研究进展进行综述。
Depressive disorder is a common mental disorder in clinics and is mainly treated with pharmacotherapies.Although antidepressant medications are efficacious,the side effects can not be neglected.Traditional Chinese medicines are possessed with unique advantages with a long history of treating depression,arousing more and more attention.Previous study has provided strong evidence for the antidepressant and accompanied symptoms of Jieyu Pills.In addition,Jieyu pills have shown less side effect and more liability.We therefore review the advances of their routine clinical treatment in depression in recent years.
