摘要
目的通过分析2015-2017年廊坊市食品中沙门氏菌的血清型分布情况,掌握食品沙门氏菌污染情况,为防控由沙门氏菌引起的食物中毒提供理论依据。方法按照GB 4789. 4-2016对不同类别食品进行沙门氏菌的检测。结果2015-2017年共从6类食品中检出24株沙门氏菌。生畜肉检出率最高,为30. 00%;其次是生禽肉、地方性食品(驴肉火烧)、猪肉馅。24株沙门氏菌分别来自6个血清群:B群、C1群、C2群、C3群、D群、E1群,以C群为主。共涉及12个血清型,以里森沙门氏菌为主。结论廊坊市沙门氏菌污染较为严重。存在着一定程度的食品风险问题,应引起有关部门注意。需加大管理力度,确保食品安全。
Objective To analyze the distribution of Salmonella serotypes in foods in Langfang City during 2015 to 2017,grasp the situation of Salmonella contamination in foods,and provide a theoretical basis for prevention and control of food poisoning caused by Salmonella. Methods Salmonella was tested for different types of food according to GB 4789. 4-2016. Results From2015 to 2017,24 Salmonella strains were detected from 6 types of foods. The highest detection rate of raw meat was 30%. Followed by raw poultry meat,local food( donkey meat),pork stuffing. The 24 strains of Salmonella originated from six serogroups:Group B,Group C1,Group C2,Group C3,Group D and Group E1. A total of 12 serotypes were involved,mainly Salmonella risson. Conclusion The Salmonella contamination in Langfang City is more serious. There is a certain degree of food risk problems that should be brought to the attention of relevant departments. More management needs to be done to ensure food safety.
