青海省海西州2016-2017年流感病毒病原监测结果分析 被引量:4

Analysis on the pathogen surveillence of influenza virus from 2016 to 2017 in Haixi Prefecture,Qinghai Province

摘要 目的分析海西州2016-2017年疑似流感样病例标本检测结果,了解流感病毒流行情况和病毒毒株型别,为科学预防和控制流感提供依据。方法采集海西州流感样病例监测定点医院(海西州人民医院)流感样病例咽拭子标本,应用实时荧光定量PCR方法检测病毒核酸,使用狗肾传代细胞株(MDCK)进行病毒分离培养。结果共采集流感样病例咽拭子标本1 350份,检出流感病毒核酸阳性113份,检出率为8. 37%,其中2016年和2017年流感病毒核酸阳性率分别为4. 36%(27/619)和11. 76%(86/731)。新甲型H1N1、甲型H1亚型、甲型H3亚型和乙型B-Y系的阳性率分别为1. 11%(15/1 350)、0. 15%(2/1 350)、6. 37%(86/1 350)和0. 74%(10/1 350)。113份核酸阳性标本分离到23株毒株,分离率为20. 35%,其中新甲型H1N1共11株、甲型H3亚型9株、乙型B-V系3株。结论海西州流感流行呈季节性,2017年病毒阳性检出率较高,应及时分析和掌握其流行特点与趋势,科学做好流感防控工作。 Objective To analyze the results of samples of suspected influenza-like cases in haixi from 2016 to 2017,learn about the epidemic situation of influenza virus epidemics and virus strains,and provide evidence for scientific prevention and control of influenza. Methods Samples of influenza-like cases in the Haixi Prefecture Influenza-like Case Monitoring Hospital( Haixi People’s Hospital) were collected. Virus nucleic acid was detected by real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR. Virus isolation culture was carried out by using the canine renal cell line( MDCK). Results A total of 1 350 samples were collected,from influenza-like cases,and 113 copies of influenza virus nucleic acid were collected. The detection rate was 8. 37%. Among them,the positive rate of influenza virus nucleic acid in 2016 and 2017 was 4. 36%( 27/619) and 11. 76%( 86/731) respectively. The positive rates of new a( H1 N1),a/H1 subtype,a H3 subtype and B-Y were 1. 11%( 15/1 350),0. 15%( 2/1 350),6. 37%( 86/1 350) and 0. 74%( 10/1 350) respectively. 23 strains of nucleic acid-positive specimens were isolated from 113 strains,with a separation rate of 20. 35%,including 11 new H1 N1 strains,9 A-type H3 subtypes,and 3 B-V strains. Conclusion The influenza epidemic in Haixi is seasonal. The virus positive detection rate is higher in 2017. It is necessary to analyze and master its popular characteristics and trends in a timely manner,and scientifically do a good job in influenza prevention and control.
