摘要
目的评价2011、2016年济南市槐荫区经过5年减盐干预,居民减盐防控高血压知识、态度、行为的改变,为进一步制定干预措施提供科学依据。方法采用整群随机抽样方法于2011年(基线调查)和2016年(终期评估调查)对18~69岁常住居民分别进行问卷调查,比较干预前后差异。结果 2011年基线657人,男性315人,女性342人,男∶女=0.92∶1;2016年终期调查627人,男性290人,女性337人,男∶女=0.86∶1。5年干预后,2016年的高血压与低盐饮食认知中每人每天6g盐、少吃盐降血压、低钠盐的知晓率分别为58.23%、82.30%、71.77%,均高于2011年的42.01%、74.89%、39.27%,差异有统计学意义(P <0.01);低盐膳食行为方面,2016年居民定量盐勺使用率、对食品盐含量的关注率、主动采取减盐措施的率分别是36.04%、31.26%、70.81%,均高于2011年的28.77%、22.22%、59.05%,差异有统计学意义(P <0.01)。结论减盐干预明显提高了居民盐与高血压知识、态度和行为水平,槐荫区减盐防控高血压工作初见成效。
Objective To evaluate the changes in the knowledge,attitude and behavior among residents in Huaiyin district,Jinan city from 2011 and 2016 after five years of salt reduction interventions,so as to provide a scientific basis for further formulation of intervention measures. Methods Permanent residents aged from 18 to 69 years old were selected by cluster random sampling method and questionnaire surveyed in 2011(baseline survey)and 2016(final assessment),to understand the knowledge changes before and after the intervention. Results A total of 657 people were surveyed in2011 including 315 males and 342 females,with the sex ratio of 0.92:1.A total of 627 people were surveyed in 2016,including 290 males and 337 females,with the sex ratio of 0.86:1.After five years of intervention,in the knowledge of hypertension and low-salt diet,the awareness rate of 6 g salt per person per day,less salt and lower blood pressure,and low sodium salt were 58.23%,82.30%,and 71.77%respectively,which were statistically significant higher than 42.01% and74.89%and 39.27%in 2011(P <0.01).In terms of low-salt dietary behaviors,the rates of use of salt spoons,concern about the salt content of food products and the initiative to reduce salt in 2016 were 36.04%,31.26%and 70.81%respectively,which were statistically significant higher than 28.77%,22.22% and 59.05%in 2011(P <0.01). ConclusionThere is obviously improvement in the knowledge,attitude and behavior level of salt and hypertension after intervention of salt reduction among residents,and hypertension control through salt reduction in Huaiyin district gains achievement.
