2017年南平市实行新碘缺乏病监测分析 被引量:6

摘要 目的了解2017年南平市碘缺乏病监测结果,为今后制订防治策略提供依据。方法按《全国碘缺乏病监测方案(2016版)》要求,对南平市10县(市、区)8~10岁学生尿碘含量、甲肿率、家中盐碘含量以及孕妇尿碘含量、家中盐碘含量进行监测。结果全市2075名8~10岁学生和1004名孕妇家中食用盐碘盐覆盖率分别为99.86%、99.60%,碘盐合格率分别为96.33%、96.70%,合格碘盐食用率为96.19%,96.31%;盐碘中位数为23.54、23.31mg/kg。全市8~10岁学生甲肿率为2.65%,不同年龄甲肿率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),分县甲肿率为0.95%~4.98%。全市8~10岁学生尿碘中位数为217.4μg/L,4县(市、区)学生尿碘中位数为100~199μg/L,5县(市、区)为200~299μg/L,浦城县≥300μg/L。全市孕妇尿碘含量中位数为171.5μg/L,尿碘含量<150μg/L构成比为40.34%。结论南平市居民食盐加碘措施得到有效落实,居民食用碘盐的质量稳定。8~10岁学生碘营养充足,甲肿率总体低于5%。 Objective To understand iodine deficiency disease surveillance results in Nanping in 2017,so as to provide evidences for developing prevention and control strategy. Methods Students’ urinary iodine,goiter rate,salt iodine content at students’ home,the pregnant women urinary iodine and salt iodine content at home of pregnant women in 10 counties(cities and districts) were monitored according to the requirements of Monitoring Program of National Iodine Deficiency(2016 Edition). Results Investigation results in 2075 students aged 8 to 10 and 1004 pregnant women were as follows:the iodized salt coverage rates were 99.86% and 99.60%,qualified rates of iodized salt were 96.33% and 96.70% respectively;qualified iodine salt edible rate were 96.19% and 96.31%;the medians of iodine in salt were 23.54mg/kg and 23.31mg/kg.The goiter rate in students aged 8-10 years old was 2.65%,and there was no statistical difference in the goiter rate in different age group,the goiter rate ranged from 0.95% to 4.98% by county.The urinary iodine median was217.4μg/L in those students,of which 4 cities were between 100 and 199μg/L,5 cities were between 200 and 299μg/L,and Pucheng county was more than 300μg/L.The pregnant women urinary iodine median was 171.5μg/L,and those urinary iodine less than 150μg/L accounted for 40.34%. Conclusion Salt iodization measures for the whole people are effectively implemented,and the quality of iodized salt is stable.The overall goiter rate among students is less than 5%,however more attention should be paid to Wuyishang and Jianou,which show relative high goiter rate(close to 5%).
