摘要
目的:分析低剂量多层CT诊断肋骨骨折的临床效果。方法:选取60例,2015年6月—2017年6月收治的肋骨骨折患者,分为两组,对照组给予常规剂量多层CT检查,研究组给予低剂量多层CT检查,比较两组诊断效果。结果:两组CT图像质量比较差异不明显(:两组P>0.05)。对照组的CT剂量加权指数为(16.12±4.56)m Gy,研究组平均CT剂量加权指数为(8.76±3.24)m Gy,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。研究组与对照组肋骨骨折诊断准确率分别为92.96%和95.0%,对比差异不明显(P>0.05)。结论:低剂量多层CT诊断肋骨骨折的准确率较高,且辐射剂量小,可推广应用。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of low dose multi-slice CT in the diagnosis of rib fracture.. Conclusion Conclusion Low dose multi slice CT is more accurate in diagnosis of rib fracture, and the radiation dose is small, so it can be popularized and applied.
