宝石能谱CT在胸部低剂量扫描中的临床应用研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的:应用宝石能谱CT进行胸部低剂量扫描,并且对CT图像质量进行分析,以便更好地将低剂量扫描应用于临床实践中。方法:采用宝石能谱CT对我院健康查体的人群进行胸部CT扫描,将体检者随机分为两组,分别应用常规剂量、低剂量扫描。对比两组的参数差异,探讨宝石能谱CT在胸部低剂量扫描中的应用价值。结果:低剂量组的辐射剂量明显低于常规剂量组;低剂量组CT图像质量与常规剂量组无明显差异。低剂量组ASIR值增加到60%后的图像的信噪比增高。结论:宝石能谱CT进行低剂量扫描可以被广泛应用于健康体检中。 Objective Apply the Gem Energy Spectrum CT in the low-dose chest scan, and analyse the CT image quality,in order to better use of low-dose scanning in clinical practice.Methods Using Gem Energy Spectrum CT to make the chest CT scan of the healthy people in our hospital, the subjects were randomly divided into two groups. The CT scan of the chest was performed with roution dose and low dose respectively.Results The radiation dose received by the subjects in the low dose group was lower than the routine dose group. The CT image quality was no significant difference between the two groups.The image quality of the low dose group increased the ASIR value to 60% was higher in SNR.Conclusion The Gem Energy Spectrum CT can scan the people in low-dose.
