超声心动图用于评价右心形态正常的慢性阻塞性肺病急性发作患者的右心功能 被引量:4

摘要 目的:了解右室形态及功能变化的规律;了解评价右室功能的超声心动图各参数的敏感性和优缺点。方法:选取慢性支气管炎急性发作患者100例,随机分为病例组和对照组,每组各50例,观察超声心动图在评价右心形态正常的慢性阻塞性肺病急性发作患者的右心功能中的作用。结果:病例组的三尖瓣外侧瓣环收缩期位移与对照组差异不大,病例组的右室收缩期面积变化率未发现与正常组有统计学意义的差异,两组间的肺动脉收缩压未见有统计学意义的差异,脉冲多普勒法测Tei在两组间比较,未见显著差异,组织多普勒法测Tei病例组大于对照组,差异有统计学意义。结论:通过超声心动图不同的技术可以测知慢性阻塞性肺病急性发作的患者当右房、右室宏观结构未发生可测知的改变时,其右心功能发生的潜在变化。
