摘要
目的:此次研究探析在慢性阻塞性肺疾病的临床护理工作当中舒适护理所能发挥的临床应用价值。方法:以本院2016年10月至2017年10月所接收的100例慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者为研究对象,分组采用数字表分组法,将所选取的研究对象分为两组,即护理组与对照组,每组人数各50例。对照组患者接受的护理模式为常规护理,护理组患者接受的护理模式为舒适护理。观察并对比两种不同护理模式在该疾病护理工作当中的临床应用价值。结果:经对两组患者实施护理工作研究后发现,不管是在护理工作满意度上,还是在治疗期间患者的体质指数上,两组患者最终的护理结果均是存在显著差异的,即P<0.05。结论:经上述研究结果可知,对于慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者来说,在其接受治疗期间,不同护理工作模式的应用会给其带来不同的护理结果。而舒适护理可以很好的提高护理质量和治疗效果,提升患者及患者家属对护理工作的满意程度。
Objective To study the clinical application value of comfortable nursing in the clinical nursing work of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Methods 100 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease received from October2016 to November 2017 in our hospital were selected as the subjects. The selected subjects were divided into two groups, the nursing group and the control group, with 50 cases in each group. The patients in the control group received regular nursing,and the nursing mode of the patients in the nursing group was comfortable. To observe and compare the clinical application value of two different nursing modes in the nursing work of the disease. Results After carrying out nursing research on two groups of patients, it was found that no matter in the satisfaction of nursing work or in the body mass index of patients during the treatment period, there was a significant difference between the two groups of patients' final nursing outcomes, that is,P<0.05. Conclusion According to the above findings, the application of different nursing modes will bring different nursing outcomes for patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease during their treatment. And comfortable nursing can improve the quality of nursing and the effect of treatment, and improve the satisfaction of the patient and the patient's family to the nursing work.
