摘要
目的:探究以胎儿仰面为标准体位再进行超声诊断时,对胎儿进行心脏畸形诊断的应用价值。方法:回顾性分析我院中2015年9月—2017年3月间收治的孕妇300例进行胎儿心脏畸形筛查,按照孕妇的入院顺序,将其分为对照组和实验组,每组中均包含150例孕妇。对照组胎儿均为非标准体位,而实验组胎儿均为仰面标准体位,分别对其进行心脏超声图像检查,并进行临床资料分析,统计心脏畸形检出率。结果:实验组胎儿的心脏畸形检出率为12(8.00%),而对照组胎儿的心脏畸形检出率为2(1.33%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:以仰面位为胎儿标准体位进行超声诊断心脏畸形的筛查中,具有较高的临床应用价值,能够有效提高胎儿心脏畸形的检出率、减少漏诊。
Objective To explore the fetal face for the standard posture then ultrasound diagnosis, the application value of diagnosis of fetal cardiac malformations. Methods A retrospective analysis of 300 pregnant women in our hospital from September 2015 to March 2017 was performed to screen fetal heart malformations. According to the order of pregnant women, they were divided into control group and experimental group, each group contained 150 pregnant women. The control group was non standard fetal position, while the experimental group was on fetal standard position, respectively, cardiac ultrasound examination of the image, and the clinical data analysis, statistical detection rate of cardiac malformation. Results The detection rate of heart malformations in the experimental group was 12(8%), while that in the control group was 2(1.33%), the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion The back is fetal position for standard screening ultrasound diagnosis of cardiac malformations, with high clinical value, can effectively improve the detection rate of fetal heart malformation, reduce misdiagnosis.
