摘要
目的:分析研究B超引导下不同浓度罗哌卡因腋路臂丛神经阻滞麻醉效果。方法:本次研究抽取2016年7月—2017年9月我院收治的ASA I级~ASAⅡ级需前臂或手部手术治疗85例作为研究对象,随机将其分为A、B、C三组,分别给予不同浓度罗哌卡因麻醉阻滞,A组28例患者给予0.375%浓度、B组28例患者给予0.5%浓度、C组29例患者给予0.75%浓度,探究分析不同浓度的麻醉效果。结果:本次研究,A、B、C三组患者麻醉维持时间、起效时间比较存在差异(P<0.05);三组麻醉阻滞效果对比(P>0.05),本次研究均未出现不良反应。结论:本次研究显示,临床中B超引导下腋路臂丛神经阻滞麻醉使用0.5%浓度罗哌卡因效果最佳,且无明显不良反应,值得推广。
Objective To study the effect of ropivacaine for axillary brachial plexus block anesthesia guided by B ultrasound. Methods This study collected from July 2016 to September in our hospital 2017 ASA I ~ ASA II to the forearm or hand surgery in 85 cases as the research object, randomly divided into A, B, C three groups were treated with different concentrations of ropivacaine anesthesia, 28 cases in group A were given 0.375% concentration, B group of 28 patients treated with the concentration of 0.5%, 29 cases in group C were given 0.75% concentration, explore anesthetic effect of different concentration. Results There were differences in maintenance time and onset time between three groups of patients in A, B and C groups(P < 0.05). The effect of anesthesia in three groups was compared(P > 0.05). No adverse reactions occurred in this study. Conclusion This study shows that the effect of 0.5% concentration of ropivacaine is the best and no significant adverse reaction is recommended in the clinical application of axillary brachial plexus block guided by B ultrasound.
