摘要 目的:探究分析微型种植体支抗治疗青少年口腔正畸的临床效果。方法:从2015年9月至2017年10月我院收治的青少年口腔正畸患者137例,随机分为两组,实验组69例,接受微型种植体支抗治疗,对照组68例,接受非种植体支抗治疗。结果:矫正成功率:实验组(100%)明显高于对照组(76.47%);不良反应发生率:实验组(7.25%)明显低于对照组(48.53%)。P值<0.05,具有统计学意义。结论:对青少年口腔正畸患者采取微型种植体支抗治疗临床效果显著,患者发生不良反应情况少,安全性高,值得推广。 Objective To explore the clinical effect of microimplant support for the treatment of juvenile oral orthodontics. Methods From September 2015 to October 2017, our hospital teenagers orthodontics patients 137 cases, were randomly divided into two groups: experimental group 69 examples, implants micro treatment, control group 68 examples, implants are not treated. Results Correction success rate: the experimental group(100%) was significantly higher than the control group(76.47%). Adverse reaction rate: the experimental group(7.25%) was significantly lower than the control group(48.53%). P<0.05 was considered statistically significant. Conclusion The clinical effect of microimplant support for juvenile oral orthodontic patients is significant, with few adverse reactions, high safety and worth promoting.
