摘要
目的:探讨超声心腔内强回声在胎儿心脏异常诊断中的价值评价。方法 :研究人员按照本次研究要求,从2017年6月—2018年6月来院就诊的孕妇中,从符合入组标准与不符合排除标准的孕妇中随机挑选1000名,按照超声心腔内强回声的不同,将1000名孕妇分为双侧心室组、左侧心室组、右侧心室组,对比三组孕妇的诊断结果,评估超声心腔内强回声的临床价值。结果:左心室组904例,右心室组15例,双心室胎儿有81例;左心室组胎儿中,出现室间隔缺损7例、肺动脉瓣狭窄10例、法洛四联症12例、左心室发育不良3例、永存左上腔静脉畸形2例以及其他心脏病症合并异常11例;右心室组胎儿中,出现永存左上腔静脉畸形1例以及其他心脏病症合并异常1例;双心室组胎儿中,出现室间隔缺损1例、肺动脉瓣狭窄1例;右心室组孕妇中胎儿心脏异常的检出率高于双心室组以及左心室组,左心室组胎儿心脏异常的检出率高于双心室组,三组孕妇的检出率数据进行对比,(P <0.05)组间数据差异具有统计学意义。结论:对于孕妇而言,接受超声心腔内强回声产前检查,对胎儿的心脏进行筛查,右心室强回声灶方面,胎儿右心室易出现心脏异常。
Objective To evaluate the value of echocardiography in the diagnosis of fetal heart abnormalities. Methods According to the requirements of this study, among the pregnant women who came to the hospital from June 2017 to June 2018, 1000 patients were randomly selected from the pregnant women who met the inclusion criteria and did not meet the exclusion criteria, according to the echocardiographic echo in the heart. The difference was that 1000 pregnant women were divided into bilateral ventricle group, left ventricular group and right ventricle group. The diagnosis results of three groups of pregnant women were compared to evaluate the clinical value of echocardiography. Results There were 904 cases in the left ventricle group, 15 cases in the right ventricle group, and 81 cases in the biventricular fetus. In the left ventricular group, there were 7 cases of ventricular septal defect,10 cases of pulmonary stenosis, 12 cases of tetralogy of Fallot, and left ventricular development. There were 3 cases of poor, 2 cases of persistent left superior vena cava malformation and 11 cases of other cardiac disorders. In the right ventricle group, there were 1 case of permanent left superior vena cava malformation and 1 case of other cardiac disorders. In the biventricular group, the fetus appeared. 1 case of ventricular septal defect and 1 case of pulmonary stenosis;the detection rate of fetal heart abnormality in pregnant women in right ventricle group was higher than that in biventricular group and left ventricle group, and the detection rate of fetal heart abnormality in left ventricle group was higher than that in biventricular group. The detection rate data of the three groups of pregnant women were compared,(P <0.05), the difference between the groups was statistically significant. Conclusion For pregnant women,ultrasound echocardiography is used to check the fetal heart, and the right ventricle is echogenic. The right ventricle is prone to cardiac abnormalities.
