磁共振扩散成像ADC值对结直肠癌早期疗效评价效能的研究

摘要 目的:分析磁共振扩散成像ADC值对结直肠癌早期疗效评价效能。方法:选取我院2015年3月—2018年6月收治的54例复发性结直肠癌患者为研究对象,所有患者均行化疗,疗效采用磁共振扩散成像技术进行评价。结果:与T-降期组患者对比,T-未降期组患者化疗后的ADC值明显更低,化疗4周期ADC值提高比率、化疗后ADC值提高比率更小,差异存在统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论:磁共振扩散成像ADC值对结直肠癌早期疗效评价效能理想,ADC值可作为结直肠癌化疗早期疗效判断指标之一。
