摘要
目的:研究动脉氧分压(PaO_2)与脉博血氧饱和度(SpO_2)相关性,将其内在变化规律应用于重症监护工作中。方法:运用Excel程序中的CORREL相关性函数及图表的综合分析方法,结合重症肺部感染患者典型病例,对患者的PaO_2与SpO_2相关性进行数据分析。结果:重症肺部感染患者PaO_2与SpO_2存在高度正相关关系,且SpO_2相对PaO_2的变化存在时间滞后特性。结论:根据重症肺部感染患者的PaO_2与SpO_2相关性结果,可实现在中央信息监护中心设备上无创监测代替或部分代替有创检测,及时发现患者的缺氧状况并获得救治。
Objective:To study the correlation between PaO2 and SpO2,and to apply its inherent change rule to the work of intensive care.Methods:Used the comprehensive analysis method with CORREL correlation function and chart of Excel procedure and combined with typical patients with severe pulmonary infection to implement data analyze for the correlation between PaO2 and SpO2 of patients.Results:For patients with severe pulmonary infection,there was a highly positive correlation between PaO2 and SpO2,and SpO2 had a hysteresis characteristic of time that was relative to the change of PaO2.Conclusion:According to the results of correlation study of PaO2 and SpO2 of patients with severe pulmonary infection,non-invasive monitoring can replace or partly replace invasive detection in the equipment of central information monitoring center.As this method,the hypoxia status of patients can be detected in time and they can be treated early.
