摘要
目的:探讨多种信息识别技术在医院手术部流程、手术人员行为规范、患者安全及物资管理中的应用效果,构建手术部创新管理模式。方法:采用非随机同期对照研究法,将2016年10-12月择期手术的患者临床资料纳入对照组,2017年10-12月择期手术的患者临床资料纳入观察组。对照组采用人工管理干预和计算机录入数据方法;观察组采用多种信息识别技术植入工作流程和管理环节。比较两组手术室运营效率管理、手术人员行为规范管理、患者安全操作时间管理和物资使用效率管理4项指标。结果:两组在手术室运营效率指标上,连台手术等待时间、手术均时及手术间利用效率比较差异有统计学意义(t=243.47,t=164.94,t=-5.41;P<0.01);手术人员行为规范管理上,手术人员资质符合率、衣物归还率两组比较差异有统计学意义(x^2=920.60,x^2=9190.00;P<0.01);两组患者安全操作时间管理上,血制品核查耗时、批量标本送检耗时比较差异有统计学意义(t=475.53,t=227.13;P<0.01);两组物资使用管理上,无菌物品追踪率、衣物辅料耗损率比较差异有统计学意义(x^2=2713.00,x^2=536.70;P<0.01)。结论:多种信息识别技术在手术部流程、人员、安全和物资等管理中应用成效显著,手术部创新管理模式值得推广。
Objective: To explore the application effect of multiple information identification technique in the process of operation department, behavioral norms of operator, safety of patient and material management, and to construct the innovative management mode of operation department. Methods: Using non-random concurrent control trial, the clinical data that were from October 2016 year to December 2016 year were divided into control group, and ones that were from October 2017 year to December 2017 year were divided into experimental group. Control group adopted the intervention with manual management and logging data with computer, and experiment group adopted new management process and management link that were implanted by multiple information identification technique. The operation efficiency, the operators’ behavior norms, the safe operation time of patients and efficiency of material use between the two groups were compared. Results: In the indicators of operation efficiency of operating room, the differences of waiting time, the average time of operation, and the utilization rate of operation room between the two groups were significant(t=243.47, t=164.94, t=-5.41, P<0.01). In terms of the management of behavior norms of operators, the differences of coincidence rate of qualification and the return rate of clothing between the two groups were significant(x2=920.60, x2=9190.00, P<0.01). For the management of safe operation time of patients, the differences of time-consuming of verification of blood products and time-consuming of delivery of batch samples between the two groups were significant(t=475.53, t=227.13, P<0.01). In terms of the management about material use, the tracing rate of sterility consumables and the loss rate of clothing and auxiliary materials between the two groups were significant(x2=2713.00, x2=536.70, P<0.01). Conclusion: The effect of application of multiple information identification technique in the managements of process, personnel, safety and materials of operation department is remarkable. This innovative management mode of operation department of hospital is worth to be promoted.
