摘要
目的:应用决策支持技术构建人力资源管理系统,加快医院人力资源管理从单纯的职能管理向信息化管理转变,实现医院人力资源管理优化配置。方法:将数据仓库、联机分析处理和决策支持技术应用于人力资源管理,构建业务主题模型,根据查询需要选择维度,将各数据进行多维度展示,显示查询结果并针对结果下钻至明细,加深查询深度。同时从医院人力资源数量、分布及结构等方面进行预测。结果:系统应用于医院人力资源管理,有助于在复杂数据分析中寻找规律,结合医院管理特点,提供数据支持并优化管理流程。以医院2010-2015年人力资源现状为例,预测2016-2017年人力资源分布状况,2016年度医生人数预测为429~433人,实际当年人数为429人;2016年度护士人数预测为567~571人,实际人数为570人,具有一定参考价值。结论:人力资源管理系统能实时抽取人力资源特征,结合业务决策模型,降低人力资源管理业务负担,提高人力资源管理工作效率,为类似系统开发提供借鉴。
Objective: To construct human resource management system for accelerating the transformation of human resource management of hospital from simple functional management to informatization management and for achieving optimal configuration of human resource management of hospital through introduced decision support technique. Methods: Through applied data warehouse, online analysis processing and decision support technique in human resource management to construct business topic model. According to the needs of queries to select dimensions, and to display various data in multi-dimensions, and to show query results and drill down to details for these query results so as to deepen the query depth. Meanwhile, this research implemented forecast for quantity, distribution and structure of human resources of hospital. Results: This system was applied to the human resource management of hospital can contribute to find rules in the analysis of complex data, and to combine the characteristics of hospital management, and to provide data support for management and optimize the management process. Taking the present situation of human resources in hospitals from 2010 year to 2015 year as example to forecast the distribution of human resources form 2016 year to 2017 year, the number of doctors was between 429 persons and 433 persons in 2016, and the actual number was 429 persons. And as this forecast, the number of nurses was between 567 persons and 571 persons, and the actual number was 570 persons. Therefore, it has certain reference value. Conclusion: This system can extract the characteristics of human resources in real time, and combine the business decision model and reduce the business burden of human resource management, and enhance work efficiency of human resources management. Besides, it can provide reference for the development of similar system.
