摘要
通过对临终关怀研究热点的分析,剖析研究热点的发展状态和发展方向,给予国内临终关怀研究方向以提示。应用PubMed数据库对近5年有关临终关怀的文献进行检索,将检索结果导入书目共现分析系统(BICOMB),统计高频主题词,提取频次阈值大于42的高频主题词43个,形成词篇矩阵和共现矩阵。应用SPSS 19.0软件对词篇矩阵进行聚类分析,得出临终关怀的9类研究热点。利用共现矩阵对9类研究热点进行战略坐标分析,用以描述各研究热点的发展状况。
By analyzing the research hotspots of hospice care,this paper dissected the development status and direction of research hotspots and provided some suggestions on the research direction of hospice care in China.The literatures of hospice care in the last five years were retrieved from PubMed database and the results were imported to BICOMB.It gathered statistics of key words of high frequency by extracting 43 high frequency key words of which threshold value were greater than 42 and formed the word matrix and the co-occurrence matrix.It got the 9 kinds of hospice care research hotspots by using SPSS19.0 software for cluster analysis of the word matrix.In order to describe the development situation of the research hotspots,the co-occurrence matrix was used to analyze the strategic coordinates of 9 kinds of research hotspots.
