乌桕梓油中ɑ-亚麻酸的分离纯化 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨乌桕梓油中α-亚麻酸的分离与纯化工艺。方法采用二次尿素包合技术和亚铜离子络合萃取技术,分别对乌桕梓油中不饱和脂肪酸进行分离富聚和对α-亚麻酸进行分离纯化。结果该分离纯化工艺能有效提高α-亚麻酸的纯度,可以把产品中α-亚麻酸含量从39%提高到98%。结论该技术操作简单,成本较低,具有工业化应用前景。
