摘要
柱式负荷传感器的长径比对端部效应的灵敏度有重大影响。基于弹性力学理论引入两个位移函数解耦平衡微分方程,求解了长径比为0.6~1.0圆柱体的应变值分布规律。数值分析结果表明:长径比为1.0时,桥式应变输出与轴向应变分布趋势一致,远离端面时分布平缓;周向应变在远离端面约0.4h时不受端部效应影响,其绝对值分布呈现出两端大中间小的趋势。然而,在端面附近,灵敏度不受长径比的影响;远离端面时,灵敏度随着长径比的增大而减小并逐渐趋于稳定值;远离端面0.4h处,长径比为0.6对应的灵敏度相对于长径比为1.0所对应的灵敏度增大了59.3%。
The aspect ratio of the column has a significant effect on the sensitivity of a load cell. Based on the elastic mechanics, two displacement functions are derived to decouple the equilibrium differential equations. Consequently, the distribution for the strains of the circular cylinder is solved with aspect ratios between 0.6 and 1.0. Results of numerical computation reveal that the distribution for the output value of the bridge strain varied gently that is far away from the end of the load cell, which is the same as the distribution of the axial stain. The sensitivity is affected by the hoop strain scarcely at about 0.4h away from the loading end when the aspect ratio is 1.0. Distribution of the absolute value presented small at the middle position while big at the both ends. The sensitivity of the end-effect is barely influenced by the aspect ratio near the loading end. However, the sensitivity is not affected by the aspect ratio near the loading end and the sensitivity became smaller with the increasing aspect ratio away from the loading end. The maximum different value of the sensitivity is eventually close to a stable value 59.3%.
